50% deposit on booking
Balance 30 days prior to arrival
For Monthly rentals payment is due 1 month in advance
CHECKOUT CLEANING FEES $150.
SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT
$750 Deposit
Refunded within 7 days upon acceptable inspection after check out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
31+ days before arrival – full refund except $50 admin fee.
Less than 31 days – no refund
